AI
Qubix has AI built in throughout: a chat assistant on every screen, an agent that can query your data and make changes for you, automatic analysis of your creatives, and generators for push text, images and store reviews.
All of it runs on your own AI key — there is no shared AI backend, and Qubix takes no cut. You connect a key once and the whole product uses it.
Your key, your models
You connect an OpenRouter key in Connections → OpenRouter. It's stored encrypted, and requests go straight to the provider on your account. Until the key and models are set, the AI buttons prompt you to configure them.
From that one key you pick a model for each job separately. There are four independent model slots:

Because the slots are separate, you can run a fast, cheap model for chat and a stronger one for the agent, without one affecting the other. Spend across the whole install is visible in AI spend.
Optionally, you can also connect a Claude subscription as the agent's engine — it runs on the subscription instead of per-token billing and supports step-by-step reasoning.
Two ways to use the assistant
- Ask (chat) — a conversational analyst you open on any screen. It reads the context of where you are (the ad you're looking at, the rule you're editing) and answers in words, with figures and charts.
- Act (agent) — the same assistant, but able to run tools: query your data, draw a chart, and make changes (pause an ad, create a rule, edit an offer) — each change shown to you for approval first.

Where AI shows up
- AI assistant — chat and the tool-using agent, on every screen. Charts it draws can be pinned to a dashboard (My dashboards).
- Creative analysis — automatic description, on-image text (OCR) and video transcript for creatives, plus search for similar ones.
- AI generation — push texts and images, and PWA reviews, replies and avatars.
- MCP server & API — connect external AI tools or your own scripts to your Qubix data over the same key.
- AI spend — for admins: spend, tokens and per-user transcripts.
