Δ Reconcile (discrepancy)

The Δ Reconcile tab in the Facebook section compares the registrations and deposits that Facebook itself reports with those recorded by the Qubix tracker. A large discrepancy is a signal that events aren't reaching Facebook (a pixel or server-side sending problem) or vice versa.

The Δ Reconcile tab

How to read the table

Each row is a campaign. The list can be searched and filtered by campaign name. The metrics are grouped into two blocks: All time and Last 24 hours (over the last day). Each block has the same columns.

FB Regs — registrations according to Facebook.

Tracker Regs — registrations according to the Qubix tracker.

Δ Regs — the difference in registrations (FB minus tracker).

Δ Regs % — the same difference as a percentage.

FB Deps — deposits according to Facebook.

Tracker Deps — deposits according to the Qubix tracker.

Δ Deps — the difference in deposits.

Δ Deps % — the difference in deposits as a percentage.

Tip

Normally Facebook and tracker data are close. If, for a campaign, Facebook sees noticeably fewer deposits than the tracker, the events are most likely not reaching the platform. Check the pixel setup and server-side sending.
