What payment methods are available?
Payment is by cryptocurrency only (for example USDT), through the my.qubix.pro cabinet. See Payment and plans.
What plans are there?
Qubix has three plans: Start, Pro and Max. For what each one includes and the current pricing, see Payment and plans.
Prices may change. Always check the current pricing in the my.qubix.pro cabinet rather than relying on a fixed number here.
If I change my plan, does it take effect right away?
It depends on the direction. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference for the days left in the current paid period, and the higher plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current paid month — you stay on your current plan until then, and a credit for the remaining term is added to your balance when the change takes effect. What happens when the subscription expires?
The binary and all your data stay on your server — nothing is deleted. The instance switches to read-only: viewing keeps working, but write actions and background automation are paused. PWA traffic keeps being served to end users. See Subscription expiration.
How do I restore the license after it expires?
Renew the subscription in your my.qubix.pro cabinet, then click Refresh status in the admin panel. The license returns to Active and writes and background jobs resume immediately. See Subscription expiration.
