FAQ: general

Short answers to common general questions. For the full explanation, follow the linked article.

What is Qubix?

Qubix is a self-hosted (on-premise) platform for Facebook media buying: it collects your account, campaign and ad data, stores stats and creatives, and runs automation. Everything runs on your own server, so the data stays with you. See What is Qubix.

Does Qubix run on my own server?

Yes. Qubix is installed on your own server (VPS/VDS) with a single command, and all data lives there — there is no shared cloud. See Install on a server for the requirements and steps.

Is there a demo?

Yes. You can sign in to a demo instance at demo.qubix.pro with real data. The demo is read-only: viewing works everywhere, but write actions are disabled.

note

In demo mode any attempt to create or change something returns a "demo mode" notice. To get full access, use qubix.pro.

Do I need to keep the anti-detect browser running all the time?

No. You connect a profile once, and after that Qubix collects Facebook data on its own — on a schedule, even when the browser and the profile are closed. The only requirement is that the profile stays logged in to Facebook; it does not have to stay open. See Antidetect browsers and Qubix Connector.

If something happens to my Facebook account, will I lose creatives and stats?

No. All stats and the creatives themselves are stored in Qubix on your own server — it is your own copy. The history by ads, geos, offers and creatives stays available, and creatives can be downloaded at any time. See FB parser.
