QSheets — spreadsheets
QSheets is the Qubix spreadsheet in the spirit of Excel: funnel economics, per-network and per-wallet bookkeeping, the team's summary math — right in the browser, on your server. The key difference from other spreadsheets: real product data goes into the sheet — spend, deposits, campaigns — and refreshes by the same query, with no manual exports.
How to create a spreadsheet
- On the desktop, open the QSheets program in the dock. A window opens with the Créer button and the list of recent spreadsheets.
- Click Créer — the spreadsheet lands in the root of your Drive with the "Private" zone and opens right away.
The same ways as documents: the "Create" menu in Drive and the card in the Outils section. Everything saves itself as you work.
What the spreadsheet can do
The menu bar: "File", "Edit", "View", "Insert", "Format", "Data".
- Formulas — "Insert" → "Function", with the full function catalog beside it.
- Format — number formats including your own currency builder (symbol, position, decimals), merged cells, text wrap and rotation.
- View — frozen rows and columns, gridlines, zoom, full screen.
- Data — sorting, filters, conditional formatting, data validation, sheet and range protection, named ranges, a "smart table".
- Insert — images, links, cell notes, checkboxes and dropdowns, and charts: column, line or pie over the selected range — as a card right on the sheet that can be moved and resized.
- Import — .xlsx and .csv files; export — .xlsx as the whole workbook, .csv/.tsv as the active sheet. With downloading closed in the access settings the submenu is hidden.
Live Qubix data
The "Data" → Données Qubix… item opens the assistant with ready-made reports: geo, ads, creatives, offers, affiliate networks, PWA apps, deposits — for a chosen period, from "today" to a custom range. The chosen slice inserts as its own sheet. The assistant's answer to a free-form question — a table or a chart — also inserts into the sheet with a button.
A sheet remembers its query: the Actualiser les données Qubix item re-reads fresh numbers with the same slice — "yesterday" recounts from the current day while the sheet stays the same. There is no middleman between the statistics and your table: the data lives on the same server.
Rights apply here too: the assistant and the data are available to those allowed the assistant, and they serve only what your role may see.

Working together and comments
A spreadsheet is edited together: you see who else is in the file — co-editors' cursors and avatars. A dropped connection is named with a banner, and edits made apart are not lost silently — on returning to the shared file the editor asks what to do with them.
Comments in a spreadsheet live on cells: select a cell and click Ajouter un commentaire — the thread attaches to it. There is no whole-file discussion in a spreadsheet — by design.
Version history
The Historique tab keeps the spreadsheet's previous states with a safe return: the current state is first written into the same history.
Access and protection
A spreadsheet is shared as flexibly as in the big office suites — and stricter in places. The access window is the Partager button right in the spreadsheet.
- By people — the Lecteur / Commentateur / Éditeur roles on the spreadsheet or on a whole folder; works across teams too. Everything shared with you is on the Partagé avec moi shelf.
- By link — a person without a Qubix account opens the spreadsheet; an editor on a link edits alongside the team, a commenter discusses cells live.
- A password on the link — entered once; changing it instantly cuts off everyone on the old one — even those sitting in the open spreadsheet.
- A link expiry — a day, a week, a month or your own date: access closes by itself.
- A ban on downloading, copying and printing — two switches: one for editors, one for readers with commenters. With the editors' switch off, the .xlsx/.csv export disappears from the menu too. For a guest on a link the ban follows their role; there is no way around it.
- Inheritance and transfer — a spreadsheet created in a shared folder inherits its access; ownership transfers in one action.

There are no pivot tables yet. The .csv/.tsv export takes only the active sheet, not the whole workbook.
