Changing your plan
You can switch to a higher or lower plan at any time from the Change plan screen in the cabinet. The screen shows your current plan, the new plan and the exact amount before you confirm. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on a different schedule.
Upgrade — takes effect immediately
When you move to a higher plan, you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in your current paid period. The higher plan becomes active as soon as that payment is confirmed, and your expiry date and activation code stay the same.
Downgrade — takes effect at the end of the paid month
When you move to a lower plan, the change is scheduled, not applied right away. You keep your current plan until the end of the current paid billing month, and the lower plan takes effect only then. At that moment a credit for the remaining paid term is added to your balance — it goes toward future payments and cannot be withdrawn.
A move between two equally-priced plans applies immediately, with nothing to pay.
