Subscription expiration
A Qubix license stays Active while the paid period runs. The moment that period ends the instance switches to read-only — but your PWA traffic keeps being served and nothing is deleted. Renewing brings everything straight back.

Read-only mode
Once the paid period ends, the license becomes inactive and the instance is read-only:
- Writes are paused — creating or changing anything is refused with a "license inactive" notice.
- Background jobs are paused — automation (rules, syncs, scheduled tasks) stops running.
- PWA traffic keeps being served — your live landings and funnels stay online for end users.
- Nothing is lost — all your data, bundles and settings are preserved.
The admin panel shows a banner:
License inactive. Writes and background jobs are paused. PWA traffic still serves. Renew your subscription in the customer cabinet and click Refresh status.
How to restore
- Renew the subscription in your my.qubix.pro cabinet.
- Back in the admin panel, click Refresh status.
The license returns to Active and writes and background jobs resume immediately.
Renewing after a lapse
If the license already lapsed, the renewed period starts from the renewal date — you are not charged for the time the instance sat inactive.
