Your free month
A gift is free access to Qubix for a set period. When one is waiting for you, it appears as a card on your dashboard in the my.qubix.pro cabinet. Redeeming it gives you an activation code — the same code you use to license a Qubix server.
How to redeem your gift
- Sign in to the my.qubix.pro cabinet.
- On the dashboard, find the You've received a gift card. It shows the plan and the number of days.
- Click Redeem gift.
- A Gift redeemed window opens with your activation code. Copy it — this is a one-time code.
That's it — you now have an activation code and can license a Qubix server with it.
What the activation code is for
The activation code is your license key. You enter it once when you set Qubix up on your own server. Two paths, depending on where you are:
- New to Qubix — install it on a server first, then enter the code during setup. See Install on a server.
- Already installed — enter the code on the license screen. See License key.
If you already had an active license, redeeming a gift extends it instead of issuing a new code — the extra days are simply added. You'll see the updated term under My licenses; no new activation code is needed.
Don't see a gift?
The card appears only when a gift has been issued to your account. Gifts come with launch promotions and limited-time offers, so a card won't always be there. If you believe you're entitled to one and don't see it, contact support.
