My dashboards
The My dashboards section gathers your personal dashboards on one page. A dashboard is a set of charts you pin straight from the AI assistant: you ask a question in plain words, get a chart, and add it to a dashboard with one click. Every time you open it, the charts recompute on fresh data, and everyone sees only their own figures.
How to add a chart to a dashboard
- Open the AI assistant and ask a question — it builds a chart (more in AI Analyst chat).
- Open the chart at full size and click Add to dashboard.
- In the window, pick a dashboard from the Pick a dashboard list — the chart is added right away. Or type a name in the Or create a new one field and click Create.
- Click Open dashboard to go to it, or Close.
A chart backed by a data query is saved "live" — it recomputes on fresh figures every time the dashboard opens. A chart the assistant built from ready data without a query is saved as a snapshot taken at the moment you added it.
The "My dashboards" page
All your dashboards are shown on one page, one under another. Each dashboard is a group with its own header and a grid of charts, two per row.
In each dashboard's header:
- the name — click it to rename;
- the number of charts in the dashboard;
- Refresh — recompute the charts on fresh data;
- ✕ — delete the dashboard.
How to reorder charts and dashboards
- Charts within a dashboard — drag a chart by the grip handle in its header to a new spot.
- Dashboards among themselves — drag a whole dashboard by the grip handle in its header up or down.
The new order is saved automatically.
