A ready-made push funnel: from subscription to deposit in one click

You have a subscriber — what do you send them in ten minutes, in an hour, in a day? A ready answer now sits in the Push section: under the campaign list there is a Samples block with the Basic push funnel: subscription → registration → deposit sample, and the Copy to my campaigns button copies all of it to you.

It is a set of event-based campaigns in three chains — after a push subscription, after a registration and after a deposit. Each chain has its own trigger event, its own audience segment and steps with growing delays; the texts are in English and Russian. The copies arrive as drafts: notifications start going out only after you activate a campaign.

What's inside the sample

The subscription chain fires on the Assinatura de push event and sends to the Não converteu segment, the registration chain — on the Registro event and the Registrado, sem depósito segment, the deposit chain — on the Depósito event and the Com depósito segment. The steps go out from ten minutes to three days after the event; the full list with each step's delay is in the Samples: a ready-made push funnel section.

Each step is a separate campaign of the Por evento type with its own text. The segment is checked on every send, so the chains take over from each other on their own: a subscriber who has registered stops getting the steps of the subscription chain, and one who has made a deposit stops getting the steps of the registration chain.

This is how the step of the registration chain that goes out after one hour reads:

🎁 A bonus is waiting for you

Claim it with your first deposit — now's the perfect time to start!

The texts deliberately contain no amounts or specific bonuses — add your advertiser's offer.

What it gives you

The chains are already built. Events, segments, delays and texts are in place — all that is left is to set up the audience and add your offer.

The copy is yours. The copied campaigns belong to whoever clicked the button, and you can edit them however you like. Updates to the sample do not touch them: a copy is not linked to the sample.

Activation is under your control. An event-based campaign now works on new events — more on that below.

Activating an event-based campaign: on new events

The Ativar button of an event-based campaign opens a window with a choice. By default, notifications go to people whose event happens after activation — each after the set delay. For the chain to also reach people whose event has already happened, turn on Also send to people whose event already happened in the same window: those whose delay has already passed get the notification right away, the rest when their delay passes.

The same rule applies when an activated campaign of another type is switched to Por evento: it works on the events that happen after that edit. Campaigns activated before the update keep working as they did. The same choice is also there when a campaign is activated by the Assistente de AI.

Activate the chain's steps one after another

Each step of the sample is activated with its own button, and each has its own event boundary — the moment it was activated. A subscriber whose event fell between the activations of two steps gets only the steps that were already activated.

Long-time subscribers and all steps at once

If you turn on Also send to people whose event already happened for all steps of a chain, a long-time subscriber gets all the steps whose delay has already passed at once.

Where to activate it

  1. Open the Push section. Under the campaign list, in the Samples block, click Copy to my campaigns.
  2. The copies appear in the list as drafts with names like «Sample · Subscription · 1» … «Sample · Deposit · 6» — find them by searching for the word «Sample».
  3. Open each copy. On the Visão geral tab, check the audience: the PWA (nome interno / nome público), Domínios and Geo fields of the copies are empty, and an empty filter means «all». On the Conteúdo tab, add your offer. A subscriber gets the card in their own language, and if there is none, the English one: in the copies English is the default language. Other languages are added on the same tab.
  4. Click Ativar — the card saves itself before activation — and decide in the window whether to also send to people whose event has already happened.

The Samples block is visible to those who have the Gerenciar campanhas push permission. The Ativar button works when, in addition, they have the Enviar broadcast push permission.

The «subscription → registration → deposit» chain starts from a ready-made sample, while activating each campaign stays your decision.
