Analyze with the AI Analyst

This scenario turns a plain-language question into a permanent dashboard: you ask the AI Analyst about your data, it builds a chart, and you pin that chart to your own dashboard that recomputes on fresh figures every time you open it. Everyone sees only their own numbers.

What you need beforehand: the OpenRouter key and models set up, otherwise the assistant is unavailable — see AI.

1. Ask the AI Analyst

Open the AI assistant and ask a question in plain words — for example, "Show the top 10 ads by ROAS in 24h". The assistant fetches the data itself and answers with figures and a chart. Ready prompts are offered at the start of the chat. For more — see AI Analyst chat.

2. Pin the chart to a dashboard

Open the chart at full size and click Add to dashboard. In the window, pick a dashboard from the Pick a dashboard list, or type a name in the Or create a new one field and click Create. For more — see My dashboards.

Live vs snapshot

A chart backed by a data query is saved "live" — it recomputes on fresh figures every time the dashboard opens. A chart the assistant built from ready data without a query is saved as a snapshot from the moment you added it.

3. Open and arrange the dashboard

Open the My dashboards section — all your dashboards are on one page. Click Open dashboard from the picker, or go straight to the section. Reorder charts by dragging them by the grip handle, rename a dashboard by clicking its name, and click Refresh to recompute on fresh data. For more — see My dashboards.
