Teams
Teams group users together. Team membership determines what data a person sees: for example, a template with the Team scope opens access to everything its team launched. A teamlead manages only their own team.

Breaking down the list
Each row is one team. The columns:
- ID — the internal number.
- Name — the team name.
- Description — a short note about the team's purpose.
On the right of the row is the Edit button for editing the name and description.
How to create a team
- Click + New in the top-right corner — the new team dialog opens.

- Enter the Name — a required field.
- If needed, add a Description.
- Click Save.
The team will appear in the list. Now it can be assigned to users on the Users page.
Tip
The data access scope ("Own" / "Team" / "All") is set not here, but in the permission template. The team only determines who is "in the same group" with whom; what exactly that group sees is decided by the template.
