What's new

A log of the notable changes in Qubix. This list covers only what you see while working — new features and visible improvements. Technical and internal changes are left out.

2.1.94 - The desktop (20 August 2026)

The largest release since 2.0.22, and it arrives in one piece: a second look for the whole panel, documents and spreadsheets that are a real place to work, and a long list of reports whose numbers now add up. Everything in the 2.1.1 entry below reaches you with this update too.

A desktop instead of a sidebar

Next to the light and dark themes there is now a second switch in the header: the familiar web panel, or a desktop. On the desktop the side menu is gone and each section opens as a program in its own window: you move windows and resize them, a minimised window fades out where it stands and comes back when you press that section's tile in the dock, section icons sit on the wallpaper and remember where you put them, and the top bar keeps notifications, the language, the time zone, your account and the clock. Search opens any section by name, one button lays every open window out as tiles, and the link in your address bar carries the set of open windows and which of them is in front. Where a window stands and how large it is do not travel in the link: your browser remembers that for each section, so a section reopens where you last left it. On a narrow screen the panel stays in the familiar web look.

Each window is its own workplace

A window carries its own controls in the title bar: back and forward arrows for the steps you took inside that window, a refresh button that reloads only this window, and a link to this one window. The period belongs to the window rather than to the panel: in the Dashboard window you set it in the title bar, in the Facebook window it stands in the page's top row beside the section name - so one window can show today while the one beside it shows the month.

Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Markdown pages

Drive became a place to write, not only to keep files. Create a text document, a spreadsheet or a Markdown page right inside a folder; a document opens from the familiar Word format and exports back to it, and a spreadsheet does the same with Excel. Several people can work in one document or spreadsheet at once and see each other's edits, and a comment can be left on any spot in them; a Markdown page is written by one person, and a comment there is left on the file as a whole - the page says so itself. Earlier versions are kept in the file's history: a version is cut on an explicit save, after about three minutes without edits, and when you leave a page whose edits have not been captured yet, so plain autosaves do not flood the history. An uploaded picture opens in an editor as well and is saved back to the same file.

Where Qubix processes your data

Setup now asks where the heavy work should be done - the search by meaning over your documents and your Drive files - on your own server or with a cloud provider. Choose "On this server" and the machine-learning module is downloaded after setup; choose "In the cloud" and the OpenRouter key is typed right there, with a "Verify" button beside it that says whether the key answered. Afterwards it is an ordinary setting: System → Semantic search.

Reports that add up

The top five campaigns on the dashboard are now counted from the same source as the campaign card they lead to, so on the day periods the table and the card agree; on "24 hours" and "48 hours" they still differ, because the leaderboard counts the exact window while the card sums whole days. Money spent on ads whose traffic was sent entirely to the white page used to show up nowhere at all - neither under a campaign nor under "No campaign" - and is now visible. Offer revenue, deposits and registrations are no longer lower than the same figures in the campaign reports. An offer's impressions and clicks are no longer understated: an ad's counters are divided between the offers it drove, and a share below a half used to fall to zero and vanish - the split is no longer rounded on its way into the report, so an offer's clicks and its cost per click are right, and the clicks lost that way stop being reported as unattributed. In the "Total" row of the Ads and Creatives lists a visitor who came through two ads - or through two creatives - is counted once, not twice; the same now holds on the "Daily" tab of an ad, creative or geo card, where that Total used to be a sum of its rows.

A failed request no longer looks like an empty report

On the Dashboard the chart, the Top-5 tables, the spend pies and the row of KPI tiles used to show the neutral "No data" when the request had in fact failed, and so claimed there was nothing for the period. They now say "Request error" and offer a "Retry" button, and a lost connection reads "No connection to the server. Check your internet and try again." instead of the browser's own English line. An entity card's row of tiles says it the same way.

Ads and offers say what they mean

The "Status" column of the ads list shows the ad's effective state - the one sorting, filtering and export have always used - with its own state underneath when the two differ, and the switch beside it is labelled with exactly what it will change. An archived ad is no longer offered a switch that Facebook would refuse. The offers list gained a Status column and a filter by it.

Who your visitors really are

On the Clicks, Regs and Deposits lists the country column is now headed "Visitor country" - the country the person is actually in, which is not the country you targeted, and the two used to share one name. In the same column, traffic that arrived through the Tor network now reads "Tor" instead of an unknown code and a broken flag. And where you pick a country - the geo condition of a campaign rule, both cloaking lists, the country choices of a PWA storefront - typing the country's name in the language your panel is set to now finds it, not only its code.

2.1.1 — Documents (31 July 2026)

A big update: documents and spreadsheets in Drive became a proper place to work, and domains can be connected and bought straight from the panel.

Documents and spreadsheets, together

Several people can now work on the same Drive document or spreadsheet at once: you see who is editing where, and changes appear immediately. Version history is kept, and a comment can be left on any spot.

Word and Excel documents

A document opens from the familiar format and exports back to it. Find and replace, watermarks and the usual keyboard shortcuts are there too.

Sensible file access

You can open a single file or folder to specific colleagues, or hand out a link to people without an account — with a password and an expiry date. A file's owner can be changed, and downloads can be blocked.

Your own domain, and buying domains

A domain bought anywhere can be connected. When buying through the panel you see the exact amount for a year including the fee, premium domains are available, and a rejected detail check is explained in plain words.

Saved audiences for push

A set of recipients is saved under its own name and reused in later campaigns. Cancelling a campaign now really stops it.

A deposit counts the same everywhere

Reports used to place a deposit in different hours, and totals drifted apart. There is now one definition across the whole panel, and the deposit row shows its campaign.

"All time" starts at your data

The "All time" period and the charts now start on the first day you actually have data, not in the distant past — the scale became readable.

2.0.22 — Sources (21 July 2026)

On the traffic source page you can now map the parameters (Ad ID, Pixel, Sub 1–16) to the names they actually arrive under in your ad link — and this is truly applied when a click comes in. The campaign funnel editor got simpler, conversion delivery is steadier, the AI assistant and the Qubix Connector extension received a batch of improvements, and domain purchase and the Facebook tabs are more reliable.

2.0.21 — Precision (20 July 2026)

Improved functionality across the panel: reports and conversions are more accurate, push campaigns run more predictably, and the PWA store constructor, cloaking and lander import are more reliable. Postbacks are now accepted on the panel domain too, and the license code is entered at the start of install.

2.0 — Workspace (17 July 2026)

Qubix is no longer analytics only — a shared workspace now lives right inside the admin panel.

Qubix Drive — your file section

A new "Drive" section: keep files and folders right in Qubix, upload by drag-and-drop, and preview them.

Native apps for Mac and Windows

The "Downloads" section now offers native Qubix apps for Mac and Windows — work with your Drive straight from the desktop. The Qubix Connector browser extension is there too.

One-click updates

Just press "Update" — the system brings its service components up to date on its own. No manual work on the server.

1.7.13 — Reliability (4 July 2026)

Right after Qubix starts, automation alerts in Telegram sometimes arrived without their links. The links are now always there.

Steadier automation runs

Profiles with no proxy set no longer interfere with automation rules — checks run more smoothly, without extra noise.

Setup wizard no longer reappears

On an already-configured server the initial setup wizard could show up again after an update. Once setup is complete, it now stays out of the way.

1.7 — Launch (1 July 2026)

The first public release of Qubix. Highlights:

One-click updates

Qubix checks for a new version and updates straight from the admin panel — no manual work on the server.

Guided first steps

Qubix walks new accounts through the key setup steps: empty lists suggest the next step, and the AI assistant points out what to do next.

Britva no longer repeats notifications

Automation rules stopped re-sending the same alert for "stuck" objects. Profiles halted at a checkpoint are skipped instead of being poked again.

Domain parking

For any domain you can turn on a parking page and choose how it is served — through Cloudflare or straight from the server.

"Creatives" as its own menu section

Creatives now live in a dedicated menu item, so they are easier to get back to.

Change the admin domain without reinstalling

The address of the admin panel can be changed right from the settings — no need to reinstall Qubix.

Reset the admin password from the console

If you lose access to the panel, the admin password can be reset with a single command on the server.

Cloudflare caching for PWAs

PWA files are served from the nearest Cloudflare edge — the page opens faster for the user and puts less load on your server.

Faster creative previews

Thumbnails and media are served directly, so the creatives gallery opens noticeably faster.

More reliable Facebook stats collection

The parser talks to Facebook like a regular Chrome browser and waits out temporary blocks — fewer gaps in your stats.

Steadier refresh of heavy reports

Background refresh of large reports is capped, so it doesn't get in the way of the panel even at high volumes.
