QDocs — documents
QDocs is the Qubix text editor: Word-style documents are created and edited right in the browser, live on your Drive and obey its zones and rights. Playbooks, agreements with affiliate networks, funnel notes — everything lives where the rest of the team's work does, on your server.
How to create a document
- On the desktop, open the QDocs program in the dock (or find it in the program grid). A window opens with the Tạo button and the list of recent documents.
- Click Tạo — the document lands in the root of your Drive with the "Private" zone and opens right away.
- The name is changed right in the header of the open document.
Other ways to the same: the "Create" menu inside Drive (the document appears in the current folder and inherits its zone), the card in the Công cụ section in the web view.
There is no "Save" button: everything you type is saved as you go. The cloud in the header shows the saving state.
What the editor can do
The menu bar is like in familiar editors: "File", "Edit", "View", "Insert", "Format".
- Text and structure — heading and subheading styles, lists and checklists, alignment (including justified), sub- and superscript, a horizontal rule.
- Images — pasted from the clipboard or dragged in; inline or floating.
- Tables, links, headers and footers, page setup.
- Find and replace — the Tìm và thay thế item.
- Watermark — the Hình mờ… item: your own text and brightness, stored in the document itself. A draft goes out with the recipient's name across the pages.
- Import from Word — the Nhập .docx… item brings a .docx file's content into the document.
- Export to Word — the Tài liệu Word (.docx) item. If downloading is closed in the access settings, the submenu is hidden.
The editor menu's language follows the panel language.
Keyboard shortcuts
QDocs has its own shortcuts — like familiar text editors: bold, italic, undo, find and the rest on Cmd (macOS) or Ctrl (Windows). Cmd/Ctrl + S works too — even though the document saves itself anyway.
The full list is in the "Help" menu → the "Keyboard shortcuts" window right in the editor.
Co-editing
Open a document together with a colleague — the edits flow both ways at once. You see where everyone's cursor stands and what they selected — in their colour and with their name. A guest who came by a link with the Người chỉnh sửa role edits alongside the team and is visible to everyone too.
If the connection drops, the editor says so with a banner and asks you not to close the tab; edits made apart do not vanish silently — on returning to the shared file the editor asks what to do with them.

Comments
- On a place in the text — select a fragment and click Thêm bình luận: a discussion thread attaches to that spot, with replies and a "resolved" mark. Others' comments appear live.
- On the file as a whole — the Bình luận tab.
Commenting is a separate right: the Người bình luận role lets a person discuss without changing the text.
Version history
The Lịch sử tab keeps the file's previous states: a version can be opened and read without restoring, and brought back with one button — the return is safe, the current state is first written into the same history.
Access and protection
A document is shared as flexibly as in the big office suites — and stricter in places. The access window opens with the Chia sẻ button right in the document.
- By people — the Người xem / Người bình luận / Người chỉnh sửa roles on the document or on a whole folder; works across teams too. Everything shared with you gathers on the Được chia sẻ với tôi shelf.
- By link — a person without a Qubix account opens the document; with the editor role they edit alongside the team, with the commenter role they discuss live. A view-only link shows no discussions at all.
- A password on the link — the guest enters it once. Changing the password instantly cuts off everyone who unlocked with the old one — even those sitting in the open document that second.
- A link expiry — a day, a week, a month or your own date and time: access closes by itself, nothing to remember.
- A ban on downloading, copying and printing — two switches: one for editors, one for readers with commenters. With the editors' switch off, the Word export disappears from the document menu too. For a guest on a link the ban follows their role; there is no way around it.
- Inheritance and transfer — a document created in a shared folder inherits its access; ownership transfers to another person in one action, and you stay an editor.
Every point with steps — Sharing.
There is no page break, no footnotes, no word count and no PDF export yet — do not look for them in the menus.
