How fast reports update

Qubix reports read not the raw events but ready-made summaries the server recalculates on a schedule. So every figure has an honest "age": from the moment of an event to its appearance in a report, no more time passes than the recalculation period of the matching summary.

There is no cache on the browser side: every report opening reads a fresh summary. "Refresh the page once more" won't speed the figures up — they appear with the next recalculation.

Recalculation periods

WhatRecalculated
Hourly ad statistics and conversionsevery minute
Hourly campaign statistics (visits by target)every minute
Ad summary figures — cards and lists, the 1h…total windowsevery two minutes
Offer summaryevery two minutes
Funnel (impressions → visits → installs → regs → deposits)every three minutes
Visitorsevery five minutes
Geo by local hourevery five minutes

The working rule: the main reports trail life by one-two minutes, the funnel by up to three, visitors by up to five.

Where delay comes from besides recalculation

  • Events from landings and store pages arrive in batches. Telemetry accumulates and is sent in portions, so a fresh event can show up in the event stream with a short delay — that is normal, not a loss.
  • Spend from the ad accounts updates at its own pace — as Facebook is polled; the speed here is set by Facebook itself, not by summary recalculation.
  • Conversions from affiliate networks appear the moment the postback arrives: if the network sends its postback late on its side, the registration appears here when the network sent it.
Checking something you just set up — wait one period

If you have just launched a campaign or enabled a postback and "there is nothing" — wait one recalculation period from the table above before drawing conclusions. An empty report in the first minutes is not "it doesn't work" yet.

AI mode

No need to keep the table in your head: ask the AI assistant in any window — "How fast will the campaign statistics update?" — it answers from this article. And the freshest figure is fastest to get from it too: "How many visits did campaign X get in the last hour?".
